Quick Question, PLZ HELP!

K i have a 43" Samsung HDTV, wer u can connnect ur PC to it, through like a DVI Cable. So if i connect it to my TV will i need a video card to run it or does it run on its own graphics, if i want to watch videos from my computer ( not games) on my tv.

It will use your TV like a monitor... Not the TV using the DVD player... Does that make sense?
