Default Processor Identification needed.

2.0GHz, 512KB, 2000MHz, Socket 939

Its a Athlon 64 3200+ processor. The 512KB says that its either a Newcastle or Winchester, but I don't know enough to figure out which it is.

And where did you buy it?

Didnt they give you any info about it? If they didnt, they sound shady and you are getting ripped off pricewise.

They're giving more info about it, but they don't say anywhere whether its a Newcastle or Winchester. It would help if they said if it was 90-nm or 130-nm, but they don't. And at $195-$235 I'd say its a very good deal.

Newegg was cheaper. And by the way, it is a Venice core.
