Default new monitor

im getting a new 19inch widescreen tomoz. ive narrowed it down to these two. which one is best?

Hyundai 19" Widescreen TFT, 5ms Response time, 800:1 Contrast ratio, x1 DVI Input : hyd-n19ws

SAMSUNG SM940BW 19" Wide screen TFT, 4ms, 500:1 Contrast Ratio, Silver, height adjustable : sam-sm940b

I would of went with the Samsung, but it's contrast ratio, isn't very good. I don't know Hyundai's reputation on LCDs though.

if i was to buy it on looks i would choose the hyundai but i dont know much about monitors apart from i hate my 17inch dell crt
