Where can I find reference for each computer and parts to sort them?
Are there any free software to download?
All computers and parts will be record.
I can make a network?
I think I'd better record all parts.

David, I cannot understand what you are trying to say. you don't have to mention things in that much detail, that becomes rather confusing.

you said you have 4 computers, whilst I see only 2 computers, 8 x hard drives, 2 x optical drives, 1 x ADSL modem and 1 X switch.

these are very old parts, even the switch is 10Mbps. you can and cannot make network, as the information you gave, is little but too much detailed. just get computers to work and setup the network. you dont need any free software, unless you have windows operating systems, all will work fine. and please dont record more parts, that will make the situation worse.
