Default Micro Atx vs. Flex-Atx

Can someone please tell me the difference, if there is one. Could a micro atx motherboard fit into a flex atx case or is the micro atx bigger? Also, can anyone suggest a cheap mid-range motherboard to fit in a flex atx case? Thanks.

I have one of these cases:

So I was wondering what motherboard would work best?
I want to just throw together a cheap computer to play around with.

flexATX uses the same mounting holes as mATX, but only somtimes does an mATX fit inside a flexATX case. there are plenty of cheap flexATX motherboards on ebay.
