Looking for a usb hub that....

Hello. Are there any usb hubs that can connect to a router via ethernet
cable?

I know that there are kinds that connect to a usb slot but my usb slots get overloaded easily for some reason.

Two of them have already completely stopped working.

My PC is an old Gateway PC with Windows XP Pro SP2 installed.
