Default Looking for barebones systems...

I am ready to build my own computer. I am looking to buy a good (as in 2.4 or up gz) barebones system, but for cheap! Anybody know a good place? I checked ebay and they suck.

Also, is 2.4gz a decent speed? I've got 512mb of ram to go along with it.

And yes, 2.4 is decent. Not anything crazy, but decent.

nifty sweet! great. I'm excited about being able to build one. Will a speed that fast, with a good 128mb graphics card, run a game like doom 3?
