Question How to test hardware?

what are some things i can do to test out the majority of a computers hardware? like, any programs, or any kind of testing that dont require additional hardware if possible... i dont mean bench marks. thanx.

if your talking about stress testing, I would use sisoft. Sandra. You can burn in lots of stuff with just one program. As a side note, most benchmark programs also have an option to loop them which provides a good stress test.
