| good point, weigh up the risk of buying secondhand to the cost of a new one where you are guarenteed it works or you can get a replacement. With Ebay its harder to track down warrenty if there is one at all. All im saying is, know the risks and also know if its worth the gamble of this card being a dud.

| anti-ailising, anisotrophic filtering. They are settings which make the game look better but slow it down.

my screen is native 1680x1050, which means that my card has to render almost 1,000,000 more pixels (1,746,000 vs 786,432) i dunno what it looks like at lesser resolutions, though

| i use 1024 x 768 on a 15 in monitor, i can go all the way up to 1280x1024
