hey all , can someone help me, when I turn my computer on it goes to screen which says safe mode ,open windows normally etc I click on open windows and just as it begins I get a blue screen which tells me to disable any antiviruses, check for driver updates and to run chkdsk/f and gives me an address, date stamp etc as I'm a begginer of sorts I dont know what it means and I cannot get out of this screen and when I resart the same thing happens HELP any advice would be great or do you think I should just go and buy a laptop?

what happens if you boot safe mode?

could you take a photo of the whole blue screen, and post it here?

sorry cannot take photo as I am on someone elses computer and nothing actually works that great and it does not mater which one I press nothing works, it starts off all good untill windows just starts to open ,I cant even reinstall windows CD
