Thanks, tried the first one and it worked good after all. Unfortunately I didn't see my 260's temps go above 48C so I don't think GPU-Z is very accurate for that.

you have to select extreme gpu burning mode, not benchmarking. and run it at a high resolution. and on stock cooling with furmark and fan at 100% my temps rose above 65c easily. so your doing it wrong
