Default .FLV audio

I downloaded a bunch of .flv files, but I can't play them in VLC without audio problems.

The visual quality is excellent, but the audio quality is just white noise. No real audio at all. Just pure white noise.

I'm not sure what to do, is there a VLC codec or something? The original Flv's are fine.

Convert 'em to a different format.

Search Google for a converter, I don't know a whole lot about them for Windows. Or maybe try Super, I've heard good things about that one.
