Default Firewall

I have a netgear rt324 router/firewall used on 2 computers. Is there a way to test the firewall part of it for protection? If so, how?

TIA

first of all, a router is not a firewall, and i personally don't know of any Netgear product that could be a router/firewall... however, you may be in luck.

i'm feeling nice so i'll teach you how to use google.
open your browser.
go to this page... www.google.com
once there in the box labled search lets just try something easy shall we.

seach for "test port scan" and see what you get
http://www.auditmypc.com/
that was the first thing to come up when i did it.
now that we know how to google you can try diferent variations of your search and get some new results.

Gee, I'd hate to catch you in a bad mood if this is your good mood.

actually, a lot of home-use netgear router products do have SPI and NAT firewalls, which are considered as firewalls. and these are plenty for home use.....
