Talking Custom Built Computers

Ok, since there are people here who are trying to build custom systems, let's put together some, so people could order the parts and just put them togheder...

We'll have 3 price ranges for each category - <$500, $500-$1000, $1000+
The categories will be something like "gaming, video editing/buring, 3D rendering, general computing (causual gaming), sound editing, etc...

also, please give the link to the parts where you found them...

--

When we get a nice list, some mod or I could add them to the TF Hardware guide sticky...

good luck

parts are always changing, people have different opinion on stuff (i.e. i say seagate >WD, nubius thinks otherwise), people have different needs (gaming, encoding, etc.)

nah..not gonna work

Too bored to help. I am no longer interested in putting together lists of parts for computers. I'll just say, if you're going to spend less than $1000 on a custom computer, then you should buy an oem. If you spend more than $2000+, you should get a dual-processor G5.
