No, those caps only reduced CPU line noise. And since GPUs can eat up alot of power one moment and stop the next, it can offset other devices.

meh.. still a retarded idea to me... i can't hear my graphics card over my case fans anyway

and when i'm playing games.. my speakers overpower all of that as well...

this product = epic fail
