Default Build a web server for around $250?

I want to build a web server for around $250. I was hoping you could find me a good combo of hardware.

What I need:
Good Motherboard
Good CPU
Good RAM
Good PSU
Basic CD drive
smallish hard drive (no less than 40GB tho)
Case (cheap, but fairly good)
No video card
No O.S.
No speakers
No mouse
No keyboard
No monitor

If I forgot anything, please tell me. Thanks for any help! I love you guys! ^.^

Eh, you don't need to spend $250 to host a web page! I have a page hosted on a Pentium 133MHz and it runs fine, but even if you want to host an interactive page with multiple users, a cheap Sempron, Athlon, or Core will work fine...pretty much any modern computer would make a great Web server, as you can host a basic Web server on ancient technology.

Does the cpu come with a heatsink?

Double check that, otherwise its a good deal.

Or you could get cheaper parts like Calc said

Alright, I got an old PC from my grandpa. It's a Win2000 pc. I'm going to use some of the parts from it and make a good web server w/ ssh. I have to upgrade b/c 128 MB RAM isn't enough to run MYSQL, The MB is old and outdated, and the CPU is kinda slow. I'm planning on spending $100 or so to upgrade the old PC to make it a good webserver.
