|  Best (portable) TV Tuner device What's the best portable TV Tuner card out there? I'm thinking USB powered since I can take it anywhere and use it on my laptop or swap work/home desktop PC. If any of you have one of these or know of a good, reliable brand, let me know? I'm looking to buy one within a couple of weeks. What are some popular models?
