You can try the 3500 then I think its 500 on newegg.
Either computer will be fine, its just the 939 socket will allow you to upgrade later on according to amd.

Ah good point. A Retail one is coming tomorrow so that is an option. Now to find a mobo for that processor.

Yes, I was thinking the Asus one as well because it has the integrated WiFi support which will be good in my network at home. Thanks for your help. My choice will definately now be the 3500+ and the Asus K8V.
