I have a Radeon X800 card (made by Powercolor) that I've been using for about a month now without error.----I was playing guild wars today and minimized the screen and a bunch of yellow and blue lines started popping up all over my screen.. I tried a restart which, of course, didnt work...Tried uninstalling and updating drivers, reinstalling directx, changing all of my configurations and am still having the problem. I know its not windows only, it fails in the dos startup and my BIOs as well... the monitor works fine ( i tried it on another computer) last thing I can think of is maybe the card memory...but i have no idea how to configure or reset it. Any suggestions would be much appreciated

sounds like your card overheated and is permanently damaged....that's generally the case when you start seeing lines on your screen like that....time to RMA unfortunately =/
