| So I got a new Microsoft wireless mouse, it doesn't work, and before I take it back for an exchange, I just want to know about the receiver: there's supposed to be a green light that comes on when you plug it into the usb, right? I see no light- there's a red light under the mouse but no light on the receiver- but if it's not that then maybe it's my computer. |

| Have you use the link and got them connected? There should be a connect button on the bottom of the receiver and the mouse. Press the connect button on the receiver and then the connect button on the mouse. You should see the green light then. |
