No matter what I do, I can't get past the windows Welcome screen. Specs are

Corsair M4 60gb SSD as boot
2 1TB data drives
Asus P7P55D mobo with latest bios
updated device drivers
8gb RAM

This is a clean install, which I hoped would fix the problem. Ran smoothly for about 2 days, and then OS started freezing up, would occassionally start, and now just does not get past welcome screen. Have tried both IE and AHCI for HD config, no change. System restore doesn't help. Boots FINE in safe mode, and won't freeze up. Have removed all USB devices to see if something was hanging up. Completely out of ideas at this point. Could this be a SSD issue? I had an OCZ Solid2 die on me, and started freezing up in this same way, but that drive wouldn't get detected in bios during those times, this one shows up fine.

Open to any input and sugggestions. Wasted several day clean installing, backing up, restoring, to try to get this fixed and have had no luck whatsoever.

Thanks!

Rich

Try running on one stick of RAM. Try switching out the RAM too, see which one makes it to Windows, and what doesn't. Then you have a bad memory stick.
