I'm no AMD expert, I haven't owned one in a few years now. But when your adjusting the clock frequency your actually adjusting the cpu/dram/pci-e bus all at the same time. The pci-e bus should be at 100 but it will flucuate slightly (it's suppose to have a "locking" mechanism). When I'm adjusting my mobo the pci-e bus flucuates between 99.2 - 100.8, when it goes down to 99.2 and I'm really pushing it I've gotten that bsod, as well as a few others. Try bumping the pci-e up to 101 and see if that helps, if it doesn't help try 99.

You will need WinDBG and the correct Symbol Pack in order to be able to read the mini dump files correctly.

well i got the symbols, but i still cannot open up the minidump files. Yesterday, i discovered that my free HDD capacity went from 44.5GB to 74.5GB, wtf?? I going to have to RMA my mobo again n this time have them actually exchange it with a new one.
