Default Verifying DMI pool data...

Yesterday I was trying to put in an extra (old)7GB IDE HD into my sisters computer, which has a SCSI drive as master. It didn't work... So I just took it out again.

But now for some reason her computer gives to very short beeps at "Verifying DMI pool data...". When it's finished loading everything and you try opening something it just freezes. (Running on XP Pro Sp1 btw)

Any clues what to do?

2 beeps in an AMI bios usually means Memory Parity Error in first 64KB block (check memory).
2 in AWARD bios cn mean reseat RAM, check other components.
in WINBIOS its the memory again.

It wasn't the RAM or HD >_>. After formatting the PC it still froze after opening something. Apparently it was the keyboard, when I plugged in my keyboard the pc worked fine... Kinda weird.
