| I recently bought a used computer, formated it and stuck windows xp pro on it, it works great except for the fact that when ever i try to transfer a large file to or from my portable harddrive it starts off really fast than slows down to less than usb 1.0 speeds. when ever i stick my drive in the "this device can perform faster" message comes up and when I click on it it says something about my computer lacking usb 2.0 support. But I do know that there are 2 usb 2.0 ports on my computer. What can I do to fix this?
