I have recently bought a TV Card (i think its a generic card since it aint a big brand or something i think the tv card is named"TV Card 7130" according to the devince manager name it has)

With this i am using the TVR Software..

The main issue im dealing with is that the voice is a few miliseconds faster than the video... Maybe you wont really notice it but its there and gets even worse during recording.. How can i deal with this? Is it a software issue?

Detail's of your computer and then you might get some help, but It sound's as if the card is decoding sound fatser than pictures this might be a problem with the card it's self or more likely the graphics's card you are using.
