Stuck on flashing cursor after BIOS screen.

F.Y.I. I have a Dell Ispiron 8300, I875P Chipset on the motherboard.
BIOS Rev A01
Problem: Stuck on flashing cursor after BIOS screen for about 10 minutes before Windows XP Home Edition sp3 Starts up.
Solution: Went to Dell support web site, downloaded latest BIOS (A07), flashed and installed (auto executible file).
