Why is my pc so slow? Ive just bought a new and better CPU/MOBO. When I installed it, I've reformatted my whole pc. When Its back up, I've downloaded the updates but its slow...

Specs:

ECS Geforce 7050M-M -> XFX Geforce 8200

Dual Core -> Triple Core

300 WATT PSU -> 600 WATT PSU

7600 GS -> 8800 GT GFX CARD

1GIG to a Ballistix 4GIG ( 2X 2GB )

Can you please identify "slow". Explain what is slow and when it is slow.

Just saying it's "slow" doesn't give us much to go on. Please describe as much as you can.
