I have an HP Scanjet 4200c. It works great except for the software. I have XP. I downloaded what I thought was a sure fix with sj655.exe. It took nearly 4 hours with dial up. I am getting an error that says "Winzip cant create an output file for c:\sj655\hpupdate.exe." Did I get a bad download? Is there a patch for getting this model scanner to work with XP? If yes, does anybody know where I can access it...for free. Please help! Thanks.
