Default Power supply problem?

I got a new mobo to build a new pc a while ago. Its an MSI mobo with PCI express. Also got a gig of ram, and it will be running 2 HD's and a 6800gt.

Mobo manual recommends a power supply wattage of 350. The cheap one that came with the case is like 420 so thats fine. But it also says it recommends 18a while mine only has 10a. I havent even gotten the computer to boot yet because I always get

"Keyboard error or keyboard not detected"
Press f1 for setup or whatever. Could this be a problem with the powersupply? This is the second MOBO i have gotten this problem on.
