Default Power Supply

Will a ATX power supply fit in a mini-tower ATX case? I have the Gateway 506GR and I was just wondering for when I upgrade my video card and power supply.

That did NOT help me out. I asked a simple question, I didn't expect the history of ATX. Can someone answer my question without a history lesson?

It depends on the case and the powersupply. Some mini towers have slim power supplies while others will support a normal sized one. Remember that every ATX PSU can be a different size.

Your best off measuring out the case and then looking at the size of the PSU.

depends on if you mean a small atx tower or if you mean Micro ATX.
