Lightbulb power AC adapter with PC power supply?

Hi, I really need assistance from the very capable community here. Any help is greatly appreciated. Now, the project im working on requires a great deal of work and i require a linksys router to be powered by a 200 watt PC power supply along with a few fans and cathode tube lights. Could i power the router with one of the 4 pin connectors? the routers AC adapter has a input rateing at 120v 60Hz 23W. And output at 12VDC 1000mA. Since the yellow wire on the 4 pin is 12V could i some use that?
