Hi all,

For the last few months now everytime i load a game pc just freezes with weird spots all over the screen. I have to do a hard reboot to recover. Doesn't matter what game it is.
For example with FarCry 2 it freezes while loading a saved game. Sometimes it loads ok but it occurs too much for my liking. I have updated all drivers. Pic of what the screen looks like when it freezes below.

Check the fan on your gpu to ensure it is clean and running properly.

Nevermind all fixed. Video card was faulty. I removed it and gave it a clean with a brush and when i plugged it back in it wouldn't display anything. I must have got some static onto it somehow. Got a new card and problem solved.
