so it looks like the motherboard is fried? and if so im screwed on unseating the processor cus i dont wanna break it

pulling the cpu if done properly will not break it.

any way to test if it is, I have heard it post at me before but not sure if it still is workin.

ive never had to unseat one =/ this is a first time buildin a rig for me

with no ram and vid card no post beep so im pretty sure its the mobo

so do u think that the problem is also?

It is the most likely suspect.

although it could still be the psu or the cpu itself.
