PLZ i cant do anything i get this everytime my computer starts up ! and when i try to run programs thank god i can run AIM ! but plz HELP ME OUT My computer is Screwd right now !!! What do i do

I suggest you to reformat your computer but first back up your HDD.

My friend has this disk that complely Whipes out your Hardrive . If i do that is there a way that i can put LINUX on the computer ????????

Yes, just download the os and install it.
