Question nvgts.sys BSoD Issues

Building a system for some one.

Specs are
Core2Duo E8400 3.0Ghz, 6Mb Cache
4Gb DDR II Ram @ FSB 800
ASUS P5N-T Deluxe Motherboard
2x Seagate 500Gb SATA Harddrive (Total 1Tb)
Lite-ON DVD Burner (SATA)
GeForce 9800GX2 PCI E 2.0 1GB Video Card
Card Reader
Cooler Master 750 Watt PSU
Windows Xp Pro SP2

Problem that I am having after I install the nVidia GeForce 9800GX2 drivers I get a Blue Screen Of Death complaining about the nvgts.sys

I have tested every thing else. They work okay. I have even replaced the motherboard and CPU. Still same problem. Anyway ideas on what can fix this issue?

Currently downloading lasted motherboard drivers.

I had something similar to that... with my 9800gx2 and 750i FTW mobo I got the nvlddmkm.sys BSOD every time I loaded a game or an app the vid used more intensly... anyways nothing worked for me like replacing mobo, diff vid card blah blah... I updated the bios to a more recent release and voila! all is well. hope this helps

Turns out that it was the chipset drivers.
The Asus's updated drivers still caused the problem. However the drivers from nVidia website fixed it.
