| Hello, Recently after opening up my computer for the first time and installing a new video card (SAPPHIRE 3650) I have no sound in the left speaker of anything, while the right speaker is perfectly fine. My new headset, my speakers that came with the computer and my old headset all don't have left speaker sound. I have checked the balances and they are all equal, if I turn them to the left I get no sound at all. When I installed the latest ati drivers I disabled the hd sound drivers that it has so it the sound would work. The sound still doesn't work in any left speaker after a reinstall of windows I did a few days ago. | I know when I opened up my case to put the video card in, I had the unplug the front audio pannel cable. But I replugged it right and the audio ports of the motherboard have no sound from the left speaker. |

| Check the connection from the speakers to the computer. It's definatly not a software problem because you are getting sound. It has to be a hardware problem. Check all leads coming from speaker to the computer, just fiddle with them while playing music and see if it fixes it |
