Default new build, random turn offs

Just built a pc, and first start up went alright loaded windows disc and everything (nothing installed). Then once I got a standard keyboard it just starts to the bios screen then shuts down, won't go past that. Any Ideas?

Make sure everything in the computer, is connected securely and properly. Especially the power supply's connectors.
