PSU is enouph power.

How did you install your memory?

Each stick should be in the same color slot. If you put 1 in the black and 1 in the blue, it will run a single data rate. (half the speed)

my guess is drivers. you will get big performance issues if you haven't installed nVIDIA's forceware.

edit: what resolution are you running at?

id say update all drivers that u can find for every piece of hardware bios and firmware
the driver that comes with windows xp is just basic.
some pci slots have shared irq(agp slot shares irq with one of the pci) get info on which ones are shared for your board. and move soundcard if u have one to not shared pci.
all i can think of..
for memory if u have 4 slots its:
1-3+2-4 is double data rate
1-2 is single with 2 stix
if u have 4 stix then put similar stix as in first example to get double dr

no this is not Double Data Rate a.k.a DDR. this is dual channel. DDR refers to the type of RAM. DDR reads and writes at both ends of a clock cycle effectively doubling data rate at the same frequency
