Default Need Help hooking up 2 computers to 1 monitor?

I'm trying to get information on how do I go about to hook up 2 computers to 1 monitor? Can anyone pls help e-mail me back at btopcomp@shaw.ca

get a monitor switch.......

u plug the computers into the back of the switch...plug one monitor into the front....then u turn the little dial on the front to get the pc u want on the monitor at the time....

for memory there called KMV switches.

Some of them can let you have 1 keyboard,mouse and screen hooked up to 2 pcs.

Okay thanks, does it matter on what kind of a switch to buy? and what if I want to view both of the at once for example... I've never done this before, is there a cd or something to hook this up!!

If you want to attach 1 keyboard, 1 mouse and 1 monitor to 2 computers... I would use this little puppy:

I use one and I love it. I also love belkin.

Teh are not KMV switches. They are KVM switches...............

Say is this easy to hook up? Where do I go to buy this product? I live in surrey, Birtish Columbia Canada... The malls that we have our here are...... Surrey place mall, guildford town center, metro town (by skytrain) etc..
