Default Moved and now no boot

i just got done unpacking and all, went to boot my rig up only to find blank screen.

did the usual check points ( loose cables, connections, took ram and CPU out and back in, tried on ram stick, ect, ect....)

now my pc was sitting ( boxed up ) in my car for the last week.
I say this because temps outside got up to 106F here in Barstow.
But inside my car was much much warmer.
The (spelling alert) styrophome inside my tower box had slightly melted onto the case!

Ok, here is what does work for sure:
monitor(atleast displays it's own splash)
all case fans
all leds
all connections double checked
ram re-seated
gpu re-seated

I get code 85 showing on the mobo, manual says this for that code
" display error to user and gets user to response for error"

perhaps I have two or more problems wrong.
Any ideas????

Cleared the BIOS?
Got another system you can test parts in?

Hey soul,
ya I cleared bios.
But I have zero hardware (extra) to swap anything with.
Sad face 
it's hard pinpointing problems when you can't counter test.

Strip it down to the bare necessities. cpu, mb, gpu and ram. Even try booting without gpu to see if the board goes crazy on you with post beeps.

You have the p6t correct?

I have the biostar tpower x58a

I will strip it down and report my findings

edit: my findings are the same somewhat

codes that are not listed in my manual came up when gpu was not in:
68, E8, 01, 75

when gpu is in I get codes:
68 and 85

the real qustion is;
what components can get damaged from 125F temps while pc is off and boxed up?
What temps would cause the soft aluminum on the mobo to melt?

soft aluminum on the mobo to melt. WTF. Sounds like you answered your own question.

Aluminum - Melting Point: 660.37 °C (933.52 K, 1220.666 °F)

You could lower the melting point by adding an Alloy to the Aluminum, but I would speculate the melting point to still be around 200dC as a minimun.
