Thumbs down Monitor distortion

So, this is the story. I have my Xbox 360 hooked up to my monitor via a HDMI to DVI connector. But when I am playing Fallout 3, during the videos, there is a wavy distortion across the middle of the screen. What do you think could cause this?

Default Re: Monitor distortion

how bad is the distortion? i haven't played the game, are you certain it's not an intended effect? is there any colour associated with the distortion? is this the only game it occurs with?

personally my guess is this is either intended or there's a problem with your Xbox 360 or at least with the 360 version of the game.
