Default Modem Driver Problem

Hello! I just got this modem from a friend. Here's what I got:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Smart-DSL-V90-Mo...QQcmdZViewItem

I have an IBM PC that was custom made but IBM is the original brand and stuff.

Well anyway I was not able to install the drivers for it. After I put it in PCI slot 2 it couldn't auto-read and install. I'm on XP Pro SP2. I went to this site: http://members.driverguide.com/drive...512&from_ums=1

And downloaded the driver.

I have 2 computers, and on both whenever I try installing this driver it says:
A problem was found when trying to: find the ports INF file. Please correct the problem and run setup again.

Then it forces me to close. I know this isn't related to my computer upstairs or nothing because the computer downstairs gets the same error. Upstairs is an IBM, downstairs is an HP.

What is wrong?????

Thanks in advance.

Try driversguide.com driver tool. it scans for missings drivers and than tells you which drivers you need and where to get them.
