I keep getting signal problem pop ups and on the receiver the green light keeps flashing under "F" and no lights under A or 1. It has taken me 15 minutes to type this. Any answers?

A friend of mine has a Microsoft wireless mouse, and on the receiver, there is a button. Yours should have one too

Push the button, and push the reset on the keyboard at the same time, to get a new channel.
