Default Low FPS problem

Im getting very low FPS in games like Battlefield 2, CSS and Trackmania Nations.
In battlefield 2 it sits around 15-20 and CSS 25-30 and TM 25-30.

Here are my specs:
Operating System: Windows XP SP2
Processor: Intel Celeron D
Graphics Card: ATI X1300 Pro 256mb (latest Catalyst drivers)
Ram: 1024mb
DirectX: DirectX 9.0c

I really need help with this. As well as with my OpenGL thread ------>

With that video card and CPU you better reduce your settings. Those games are bottle=necking both the GPU and the CPU. Lower your setting and do not use AA/AL.
