snbase2 Newb Techie Join Date: May 2006 Posts: 2	Laptop Battery dead? My laptop wont start up at all. When i have the battery in and plug in the ac adapter the charge light goes on and the computer tries to start up but fails and the charge light goes off. Same thing happens when i dont have the battery in but without the charge light being on. I dont know if i need to get a new battery or ac adapter. please help
