On the game 'Tomb Raider Legend' it plays as if the key 'w' is stuck down so the character is always running forward (the game has the standard 'wasd' controls for movement). I thought it was a bug in the game so i went to the publishers forums where i got very little help. No one else apart from 1 or 2 seemed to have the problem so i decided that it is my keyboard. I got another keyboard but got the same problem. So now i really dont know what to do.

What could the problem be? Anone have any suggestions?

I would suggest looking in the game options > Controls to see if there is an 'AUTO RUN' or something like that... It is likely a game setting.

nope, no auto run. I should of mentioned that for a little while its ok but then at a random point it goes into the never ending run mode.

I have encountered similar things before, usually related to alt-tabing out and back again. Do you perhaps have something unusual running in the background?

Try restarting the game or reinstall the game. That helps out some time.
