Hey, i have the Videora iPod video converter. Whenever i try to convert videos to MP4 format, my computer randomly restarts. Any idea whats causing the problem? Fell free to ask any questions.

what are you system specs?

maybe all of the system's RAM is being used, so it automatically restarts.

try shutting down all of your apps before doing the video converting. it does use alot of memory, i have converted mpg to avi for my dvd recorder.

I have the same problem sometimes. My computer will have a random reboot if I try to listen to music or encode video... I think it has something to do with conflicting data on certain computer resources.

convert in safe mode, that wat only the processes needed are running.
