A cpu very seldom goes bad, You can send it to me (I might forget to send it back, lol) But at least your up and running. Good job!

My old PC used to do this when the system booted from a warm boot. It is due to a dodgy voltage regulator or something like that which happens on certain PSU's. Try shutting the system down, and turning off by the plug, leave for a day and turn it on. If not also try a different PSU.
