Default How to tell if its the mobo or CPU thats bad?

Hey everyone. I just bought all my parts for new computer and it wont POST. I've tried basically everything so i've narrowed it down to the fact that either the mobo or cpu is bad. But my question is, I don't have access to any other computers so is there any way to tell?

Motherboard: Biostar TForce 610-939
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3800+ Socket 939

Thanks.

I'm guessing you've tried resetting your CMOS...take out all the ram and boot the computer up, if there is not beep, then your motherboard is dead.
