| My friend bought these cables to connect his laptop/ipod/etc to his stereo. When he plugs in his ipod to his stereo it sounds great, but when he does his laptop, it sounds really bad, and the volume doesn't go high at all. I installed the latest drivers for his soundcard. Could this possibly be a sound card problem? And if so, is it easy to upgrade sound cards in laptops? |

| The answer is probably not and no. Don't know what laptop you have, but most are not super in the sound department. Only very few have their own separate sound card for upgrading. Your freinds computer speck's would be nice.
